  1. Thank you for posting this. This has been one of my families very favorites for several years now. It is a little different with the ranch but I’ll have to try this version. I love it because I can keep everything on hand and throw it together in 5 min for a quick and delicious/nutritious meal.

  2. Sounds delicious! One question: do you drain and rinse the beans or do you add the liquid in the can to the mixture? Thanks!

  3. Antionette Blake says:

Great, I have all these ingredients but will use ground turkey or chicken instead of the beef.

  4. How big is this ranch package? I have a bulk bottle of Ranch dry mix from Costco, would like to use it up. Also, do you think raw tomatoes would work instead of diced and stewed? I ended up with more than I wanted from Bountiful Baskets. Thanks!

    • You will need 8 tsp Ranch mix. You could totally use raw tomatoes. You will just want to increase your cook time to allow for them to cook. I added shredded zucchini when I made this yesterday and it cooked great!
