  1. I couldn’t find a description telling the difference between the Homestyle and Original. Does anyone know?

  2. Eric Clausing says:

Anyone got a price from a grocery store compared to this per pound. Seems like a good deal but want to make sure. Also what is the difference between homestyle and original?

    • I emailed Zaycon asking about the different breading. If I hear back, I will post the response here. I don’t know if the grocery store would be cheaper, but I doubt they would be as good. Zaycon’s meat is fantastic!

  3. Salmon is expensive. It is on sale at Albertson’s for $6.99.

  4. I called and asked the difference between original and homestyle…original is lightly breaded, homestyle has more breading and is the one pictured in the email.

  5. i see in ut they have the raw homey on sale for $34 per gallon. does anyone know if that is a good price for honey?

    • I think it is a good price. I got some a few months ago and it is amazing! My kids love it and I feel good knowing I can sweeten something up naturally with something that is actually good for you. Also, if you eat local raw honey it helps with allergies. I know bountiful baskets is selling 12lbs for about the same price. Not sure if that equals a gallon or not.

  6. I did some calculations based on a bag of chicken nuggets I bought at Target just this morning, and it seems the price for Zaycon’s breaded chicken is very competitive! The Market Pantry brand nuggets came out to be .17/oz (the 29 oz bags, without coupons or a sale, were approx. $5). That’s $2.72/lb. Zaycon’s is, as stated, $1.99/lb, or just .12/oz. I think it’s a great deal! Now to find the freezer space… ;)

    • Very competitive. If you look on sams club website for the Tyson chicken tenders it is closer to $2.75 per pound. Seems like a killer deal.

  7. all the pick up times in my area are in the middle of the day when im at work :(

  8. Finally heard back from Zaycon via email about the difference between Homestyle and Original. It is slightly different from the description above.
“The homestyle tenders are a little spicier and have more breading than the original.”
