If you are a couponer like me, I bet you have a box {or two} of Pillsbury brownie mix in your pantry. Here is a quick and easy way to jazz up tomorrows Valentine’s Day lunches. Instead of using a regular 9″ x 12″ baking pan use a lined cookie sheet instead. The larger pan will allow for thinner brownies and will make using a heart shaped cookie cutter easy to use.
