JC PENNEY ONE DAY BLOWOUT TODAY. Sorry to ad here, but the redone Penney store will be blowing out their women’s clothing for about $2 and kids and women’s coats that were over $100 for $20 or $10. Someone who works for Penneys in Ohio posted this on another web site and I wanted to give you all a heads upl. They now do 1st and 3rd Friday sales; but this is the winterwear blow out.
