A pretty healthy trip to Walmart for only $8.55.

Hungry mom on the go = 2 missing apples from this photo
I plan on heading to Albertson’s for some round up deals this week so I didn’t buy a whole lot at Walmart. Here are a few things I picked up…
Transaction
Buy 1 Brawny Paper Towel Single Roll $1.77
Use (1) $1/1 Brawny Paper Towels (Facebook coupon)
Final Price: $.77
I think the Brawny man is cute! …so does Cathy!
Buy 2 Planter’s Peanut Butter $2.96
Use (1) $1.50/2 Planters Peanut Butter, Any (exp 2/2/12) NLA
Final Price: $2.21
My kids love peanut butter and we were completely out. (gasp!) I know… we need another good stock up deal quick!
Buy 2 Sambazon Organic Amazon Superfood Juice 10.5 oz $2.68
Use (2) $2.00/1 Sambazon Organic Amazon Superfood Juice
Final Price: $.68
Interesting… that’s all I have to say…
Buy Fuji Apples 2.57 lbs $1.17
Price match the Albertson’s ad to $.78
Final Price: $2.00
I plan on buying more at Albertson’s. I like Fuji the best, and this is a good price!
Total OOP: $8.55
Total Saved: $7.50

Does your walmart have a coupon limit (number of coupons you can use) or a limit on the total the coupons can add up to? Yesterday I spent $90 oop and used 33 coupons that totalled ~$60 at our local walmart. I was told by the csm that she would ‘let it pass’ this time, but that we aren’t supposed to use that many coupons in one transaction. I had never heard of a coupon limit of any kind…have you? (with the exception of the P&G ones or others that have a specific ‘no more than 4 alike coupons per person per day, etc)
The Walmart coupon policy says,
■There is no limit on the number of coupons per transaction.
It also says,
■The system will prompt for supervisor verification for:
■40 coupons per transaction.
■A coupon of $20 or greater on one item
■$50 or more in coupons in one transaction
Since you had $60 worth of coupons that’s probably why the csm had to come over, but it doesn’t say you can’t have that much, just that the system will prompt supervisor verification. Maybe print out the policy and take it with you on furture shopping trips so you can nicely point this out

Thank you!
