NO, I used my $10 one and a $5 gift card I earned last week to get $37.72 worth of stuff for only $1.07. You can still earn the $10 catalina this week, check the matchups these week for details.

How do we find out the current catalina offers? I didn’t even realizew kmart had catalinas?
They are listed in the ads, (Kmart has a weekly and a monthly ad) They also usually have fliers and tearpads in the store with more information.
Do you have to spend $25 to be able to double?
Yes you have to spend $25 (this is before coupons) and then you can double up to 5 coupons that are $1 or less
So you have to PAY for the coupon book every month on top of the having to buy 25 worth already? Whats the value of the book?

No that book is free at customer service. It is the monthly savings book, the coupons are on the cover. If you are spending $25 to use doubles (before coupons) you also qualify for the free eggs.
