The good people over at Albertsons offered to send us a reusable cooler full of party foods for us to review. Hmmm, I thought. Albertsons. Free food. You don’t have to ask me twice!

What a fun surprise it was to get a ginormous box on my front step (poor UPS man!).  We opened it up to find a full sized cooler full of all things yummy!

Look at all the goodies they have packed in there!  This is GOOD STUFF!

Of course, we had to do the usual, “check out my haul, I got all of this for free” picture.

See all that great stuff?  I used the Ro-Tel that very night and made this yummy dish (with scones).    Did you notice what else is there?
