   In my paper in Vancouver, WA its a clip less coupon ( you don’t have to have the coupon on you )

   I don’t know where to ask this question so here ya go. I live in the Portland Oregon area and we don’t get the great RR’s like everyone else. We get mainly points & a few RR deals. Last week it was announced that the “pilot” points program was ending Jan 1st and will be replaced by another program. Does anyone know what the new program will be?

     I live in Portland as well and last week the manager at my local walgreens, she said they don’t know yet what the new program will be, or if there is one when it will start. She explained the northwest was just a test area and they think they will better with something different.

     Well you would just pay regular price for one with no coupons applied to the value. Total it would be $.17 per candy if you do it that way.
