when you say stack with a double! can you tell what that means?
Sure, Christina. If you live in Oregon or SW Washington there is a doubl’r coupon in the ad. If you use this coupon it will take an additional 50 cents off for up to four manufacturer’s coupons per transaction. Say an item was $1 and you had a $0.50 manufacturer’s coupon, if you “stacked” the double coupon with the manufacturer’s coupon, Safeway would take off an additional $0.50 so you would get that item for free. However, no matter the value of the manufacturer’s coupon, only an extra 50 cents comes off, so $1 coupon would be worth $1.50, $2 would be worth $2.50…etc…when used with the doubl’r.
