• Comes factory packaged in 10-pound tubes (or chubs) encased in clear plastic sleeves and is sold in units of 40 lbs.

Note: Unless you have a lot of people to feed you are going to want to package up your beef and freeze it the same way we prepared our Zaycon chicken. I suggest using a FoodSaverto package your beef.
If anyone has not ordered from Zaycon before and is wondering if it is really that good, this meat is excellent quality! You don’t even have to get out of your car, they put it right in the backseat, trunk, etc for you. It’s definitely worth the time it takes to package it up and get it into the freezer.
