I went Friday when the Cottonelle RR was suspose to start. I talked to the Store Manager and he said he hadn’t heard of the RR deal and that they hardly ever start a promotion in the middle of the month. I tried it anyway and no, no RR. I don’t know what happened.
Is it working for anybody else?
I heard that it is only working on the Purple packs. Not the blue. Hope that helps!
i bought two of the purple packs and YUP! $3 rr! love <3 (tri-cities, wa)
I bought 2 packages of the PURPLE Cottenelle yesterday and DID get the $3 RR. I did not try the blue.
I also bought the purple ultra pack and got the RR. You must buy 2 of them.
Also did two purples and got the RR
Only works on purple! Darn
I talked to the manager and they said it is for if you buy 2 ultra (purple) packs you get $3 in RR it goes through the end of the month so plenty of time to stock up
Please remember to post what CITY you are in – in Portland, Oregon, apparently we are a special area that does not get the same Register Rewards as what I have seen posted. I talked with the manager and she patiently explained why my carefully planned out scenario didn’t work – we have Register Reward Cards and certain items with RR’s that print out, but she told me Portland was different.
I live in the PDX metro area (Vancouver) and I always look at my ad first and double check to see if what my ad says lines up with the coupon matchups listed here and on other sites. Usually only half are applicable to our area due to the “points” system we have to put up with. It aint great but it saves me time in the end.
I did two transactions….and in my first transactions I did the toilet paper and then used the RR on the next transaction…didn’t get a second RR. I feel SO!!! bad now.
Walgreen’s RR do not roll. This means that if you pay for a second transaction of the same item, a new RR will not print. Typically I try to figure out two or more transactions of about the same value/same RR so that I can alternate them.
Anyone know it the RR works on the Cottenelle (Purple pack) in the Boise area?
I got all my Covergirl at Walmart…the eyeshadow is $3.24/each so after you get 2 you had overage that Walmart pays you….def reccommend you go there for your makeup
I had two $6 RR (From Colgate Optic White) that I needed to be used up by tomorrow So I got 4 packs of the (purple) Cottonelle in two transactions
2 Cottonelle $10
used (2) $.75/1 9/11 SS
$1/1 Walgreens coupon book
1 Chip’s A Hoy Cookie .59 (last minute filler item…)
-$6 RR
Total OOP= $1.93 with tax
Did same transaction except only one .75/1 coupon and no filler item
Total OOP= $1.79
And Walked away with 2 $3RR!!! yay for Toilet Paper!
