  The gift card you have to wait until you walk though your first store.
  
  The code you need to click your name, click your menu button, and then it should say “got a code” or something like that…
  You can only enter codes during the first 24 hours of having the app downloaded, so I’m not 100% sure where, but when my honey signed up, it worked just fine for him.

I didn’t work for me either. I spent more time than I care to admit trying to set it up. Even tried on my daughter’s phone after mine seemed to have gotten stuck in the sign-up process somehow. Her phone does the same thing as Mandy described.

Mine worked! It took me a bit to get the text but I got it I do have a couple of questions though: 1) what are the levels all about, and 2) what does it mean by completed bonuses expire after 15 days? Do my points expire or…?? Thanks

  Bonuses refer to surprises that can be collected, if you collect 3 in a set you get a special surprise sometimes. This is NOT the same as the points – points definitely do not expire in 15 days.

Mandy and Susan – you may want to check that pop-ups aren’t disabled. There should be a pop up that appears asking you for basic sign-up info and then you get texted a link to download the app right on your cell phone

  Yes, you have to have a smartphone for the app to run, and I don’t think you can have one of those without a data plan… but if you’ve managed to work magic, yes, the app does use data.
