Walmart deals as of 7/10/11 {Cheap Krusteaz Mix, Gerber Graduates, School Supplies and more!}

Here are the FAB deals I found this week at Walmart! These prices come from the Eagle/Fairview Walmart in Meridian, Idaho. Prices and deals may vary by store. Walmart does not publish a regular weekly ad or have a sales schedule so we never know how long the Rollback prices will last! Use my list as a guide when planning your shopping trip! There are quite a few match ups and rollbacks, so please feel free to share any other good deals you find! Also, be sure to read my Walmart Shopping Tips post for Price Matching tips and more!

Check out the Walmart Key!

Because Walmart IS the generic/mass/superstore, the brown star on this match-up represents items on sale or (Rollback). These items are priced lower then the everyday price. Grab a few but wait for a better deal to stock up!

No star- Means ok price, pick it up if you’re there and you need it.

★-Means item is currently on Rollback (sale). Better then the everyday price. Just grab a couple.

- Means awesome price! Stock up, buying only what you know you and your family will use :)

Price Matching at Walmart…

(Price Matching at Walmart is a great way to save time, gas and money! You can do it with or with out coupons. I personally love to price match produce because we rarely see coupons for fresh fruits and veggies! To price match, simply show the cashier a competitor stores ad price for an item and they will adjust the price to match! Be sure to show them the ad before they ring up the item and double check that the item you are buying is identical in brand, size and quantity to the item in the competitor ad. 1. The last time I was in Wal-Mart (the Meridian location), they told me they would match the price from a competitor’s ad, or they would honor a coupon, but they wouldn’t do both for the same item. Have you had a Wal-Mart let you do both for a certain item?

    • Lorell I typically shop and get my price match ups from the Walmart in Nampa so I haven’t delt with the cashiers/management at the Meridian location much. The Nampa walmart does currently allow you to price match and also use a mfc on the same item. That seems odd that they wouldnt let you. “Ad matching is supposed to be a bennefit for the customer so you don’t have to drive all over town to different stores. If they won’t let you do both its like they may as well tell you to just go to the competitor store, buy your item and use you coupon there…did you ask to speak to a csm? Maybe get a second opinion. :) Any one else have trouble with this at the meridian location?

    • Was this a manager or a checker? The checkers may not know the policy correctly. I ask a manager before I try doing anything I haven’t done before. I was surprised when I asked, mine will actually allow me to price match, use a competitors coupon, and a manufacturers coupon all on the same product. Every dollar saved is a good thing.

      • Keegan, by “competitor’s coupon” do you mean another stores “coupon?” So would it be like being able to use a “Target coupon” and a manufacturers coupon along with the price match? Sorry…pretty new to this.

    • Denise K. says:

I personally have not had this problem but I do know this much, I was told by an employee that if a checker or any other employee gives you crap or a run around then feel free to call their 1-800 number and leave a message. The story is that they will make sure that the store that is having the issue that it gets fixed right away. This isnt a firing tactic but to make sure that the store is running smoothly so that everyone wants to come back to walmart. This is part of the employee’s policy, so make sure that you do follow-ups so that all goes well!

    • I am sorry you ran into that problem. I work at another Walmart, and it is a fact that the store does price match and it is a fact that they do take coupons. Walmart gets reimbursed for manufacturer coupons so it should not be a problem to do both. What is the difference if you price match without a coupon or price match and then use a coupon if the store is going to get it’s money back for the coupon? If you have that problem again I would first ask to speak to a CSM, but if that does not work ask to speak to a manager.
We allow it at our store, I’ve never been told it was against policy. And what another reply mentioned is true, call 1-800-walmart. Every complaint is dealt with at store level. And they really do listen to customers more than their employees.

      • SO I GO TO ONTARIO, OR AND THEY PRICE MATCH AND LET YOU USE MFC ALSO BUT, THEY WILL NOT LET YOU PRICE MATCH USE THE MFC AND USE A DOUBLER! SO BASICALLY YOU CAN USE A MFC W/ A DOUBLER OR YOU CAN USE A MFC AND A PRICE MATCH JUST NOT ALL THREE HOPE THAT HELPS!

  2. Heidi hooper says:

So I found the herbal essence and Aussie hair styling products for 2.88 and 2.84 at walmart…I used my 3 dollar off coupon from the p and g brand saver from July 3…. It was a sweet deal!

    • Bon5ter says:

Even better price match Paul’s market ad 2 for $5. I paid $1 each!

    • Bon5ter says:

I found the herbal essence and Aussie hair styling products and price matched Paul’s market ad 2 for $5. I paid $1 each! I used my 3 dollar off coupon from the p and g brand saver from July 3.

  3. $2.50 for a box of Cheerios doesn’t seem like a stock-up price to me. Am I missing something?

  4. What’s a good price for ground beef per pound? How do you feel about WalMart meat?

  5. Thank you all for the input…I will ask a CSM when I shop there next!

  6. Does anyone know if you get the overage when you use the Albies doubles? Example: Kraft veggie mac and cheese for $1.22. Double the .75 off printable. Do you get the .28 overage or do they just give you the item for free?

  7. Definitely imagine that which you said. Your favorite justification seemed to be on the internet the simplest factor to consider of. I say to you, I certainly get irked at the same time as other folks consider issues that they plainly do not know about. You managed to hit the nail upon the highest as neatly as outlined out the whole thing without having side effect , people can take a signal. Will likely be back to get more. Thank you
