It all began on October 8th, 2008. Cathy and Monica started this coupon blog to help friends and family learn about their new money saving hobby couponing! Since then they have taught thousands of women (and men)

Speaking of going to the movies, also check your receipts from fastfood restaurants – they often offer a free item for completing a short survey. That’s worth $3-4 typically!
$1? Ugh! We have been going to these for the last 4 years & they have always been free.
That’s EXACTLY what I was thinking. $1? To take me and my 4 kids, that’s $5 a week. We could rent the same movie from the library and have some snacks that I got with coupons for cheap and it’s way more frugal. Too bad they did away with the free summer movies for the kids.
My kids *really* look forward to the free summer movies cuz they know free is a price I’m willing to pay! I always arranged my shopping trips around going “into town” on Tues or Weds just b/c the movies.
Dang! This has always been free, we have been going for 5 or 6 years. $1 is still good, but come on Regal.
I saw this on The Reel Theatre facebook page.
The Reel Theatre: We will have a special family showtime at our discount locations in place of our standard Kid Show Series this year. These will be some of the G and PG rated shows that are currently playing at the time, but at 10am on specific days, for an extremely discounted price of only $0.50. Country Club Reel will be Mondays, Northgate Reel on Wednesdays, and Nampa Reel on Mon & Wed both. The program starts on June 13th and runs through Aug 17th.
WHAAAT!!! They’ve always been FREE.
