Remember when we told you to get Propel coupons on eBay? Amber just texted me a picture of palates upon palates of Propel for .48 at WinCo! Woot Free with coupon!
WinCo: Propel .48
Buy 2
Use $1/2 from 2/13 SS
Final Price: FREE
WinCo prices vary by location, so in case you are wondering this was confirmed at the Boise Front location. Leave a comment if your store has this price too!
PS You can still get Propel coupons on eBay! This coupon does not expire until 5/31 so there will be lots of time to get FREE Propel! There will be deals at lots of different stores over the next 2 ½ months!

Since the coupon is for more than the price of 2 items, will Winco adjust it down or does it go through with no issues?
It doesn’t even beep. Just make sure you purchase an item to cover the overage!
I was at the Winco in Meridian today and the price there is $.86 each and there was only one lonely one left on the shelf. It’s a much better price at the other Winco. But then isn’t free always better?
Vancouver Wa Winco at 48 cents. My coupons went through fine, overage paid for other items.
Eagle Winco also is .84 which Winco are you at??
the post says Boise Front – so downtown Boise
I Just picked up 108 bottles, from the Front street store they have a TON of them as you can see in the Pic, for 108 bottles I paid .96 cents, for all of them.
Did any of them have the peelies?
The Hwy. 99 Winco in Vancouver, WA has Propel for 48 cents each. I stocked up on coupons off Ebay already! If the snow doesn’t hit tomorrow, I’m off for my first round of buying
I can’t decide what to do…the Propel at Walmart is 58 cents and I placed a special order for 200 of them (I bought 100 coupons on eBay) But if I knew that they were eventually going to be 48 cents at my Winco…I would wait. (Walmart said they could sell them if I didn’t come get them) But paying 8 cents still sounds really good!! Free sound better though….ahh, what to do?!
I believe if you had something in writing that walmart would match winco’s price…
This picture should suffice
I would give my money to WinCo over Walmart any day.
Where is that “LIKE” button?
I agree Monica!
Winco made me do 6 seperate transactions… my cashiere said that particular coupon is 1 per transaction…. but she already had them in hand so I didn’t look and see what they said on them.
I don’t know if yours were the same or not, but my coupons state: Limit one coupon per specified item(s) purchased. There is nothing on the coupon about transactions. I would have asked the cashier to show me where it says that and asked for a manager if she was incorrect about the wording and still confused.
If you have the same coupon as Heather, Heather is right. I just read Winco’s coupon policy and they just have issues with stacking. Here is what their website says:
The coupon(s) is not a result of coupon “stacking,” “doubling,” etc. (*1* coupon per item limit)
If the snow doesn’t hit, I’m doing my first run today . . . . we’ll see how it goes.
Does anybody know about the Winco in Idaho Falls?
I was in Winco IF last night and didn’t see any propel.
Thanks! I need to get some bulk spices tomorrow. If I see anything I will post.
they were 89cents with a empty shelf in IF
Anyone out there from Bellingham area? Have you discovered any good prices on Propel?
I contacted the nearest Walmart (20 miles) to check on prices and they don’t even sell the single bottles of water, just the 6-pack for $3.28.
wondering about nampa anyone know?
I’m wondering the same thing, before I drive all the way down town.
I tried calling, but they said that they don’t give prices over the phone.
In nampa they r also .48
We’re extremely sorry to say that as of Wednesday 2/23 we are not able to accept these coupons. It has come to our attention that many of these coupons were purchased through Ebay or other online sites, which makes a coupon immediately void (“Void if transferred…”). We’re extremely sorry for any inconvenience and if anyone has any questions, please let us know.
Winco, purchasing a coupon on Ebay does NOT make a coupon void. The seller is not selling the coupon but rather their time to clip, sort & ship the item. Ebay allows coupon sales for that very reason. While we do understand and respect your desire to properly accept coupons, if you were to reject a coupon based solely on the fact that it was purchased on Ebay you would be rejecting hundreds of coupons used at your stores daily. If you perform a search for coupons on Ebay you would find a coupon for almost every item you sell. You would essentially have to begin refusing all coupons going forward, as any customer at anytime could have purchased their coupons on Ebay. We urge you to reconsider this decision, as it would send thousands of our readers through Walmart’s doors to purchase their Propel. We are big supporters of Winco on our site and will remain supportive, as we love your prices and your friendly customer service! We would love to be able to continue sending customers through your doors instead!
I have also paid for someone to clip coupons for me. 100′s upon 100′s of coupon’s and did this from ebay. I love Winco however, Walmart is much closer to my house and Walmart takes Albertsons doublers, just sayin’…………….
If you want to be technical, the coupons that we get in the Sunday paper are also purchased. RedPlum, SmartSource and the like put the coupons in the Sunday paper which you must BUY to receive them. So according to Winco’s policy, doesn’t that make all the Sunday coupons void too? I strongly urge Winco to reconsider their coupon policy.
Ooooo I’m mad at winco now! not accepting the coupons??? come on thats just lame… I took a photo of the sign posted at my winco- emailing it here in a few moments
We just got word they WILL still accept this coupon!! YAHOOOO!!!!
Ha! I took a picture, too, and posted it on my FB page. I was ticked! Glad they got it figured out, though. I’m not going back until tomorrow . . . give time for the dust to settle
Winco is accepting these…as per their announcement on Facebook.
Anyone know if this is a sale price, and how long it will last? (Do I still have time to buy coupons?)
What is the supply like @ the Clackamas Winco on 82nd?
Am I correct in believing that OR will require a $.05 bottle deposit?
sorry to say but yes you have to pay a deposit in oregon for bottled water and soda.
That’s correct Megan, we will still accept the original coupons but just not any that appear to be printed or photocopied. Usually the customer does pay for any deposit or CRV. Thanks everyone for the feedback which allowed us to change our initial announcement.
I saw the original sign on the Propel at my Winco today and I’ll admit, I was ticked. I have original coupons. I’ll try again tomorrow . . . give some time for the dust to settle. If our store still has issues with accepting the coupons, what should we do?
Thanks in advance.
We’re sorry for the initial confusion Cheri, if your store has issues please ask for a lead clerk, once they arrive please let them know that the store manager should have received a follow up email from advertising stating that original coupons would be accepted but not any that appear to be printed or photocopied. If the lead clerk can’t approve the coupon please ask for the store manager, our apologies for the various steps, our policy is for our cashiers to first contact a lead clerk, which can then contact the store manager.
Thank you so much. I am a very faithful Winco shopper all the time, not just now. I easily purchase 80% – 90% of my groceries there. Thank you for caring about your customers.
THANK YOU !!!! SO much for clearing this up!!! I love shopping Winco, and am so glad you are watching the sites, and clearing up the issues!
Wow. I drove down to the Winco in Downtown Boise this morning and got my 40 bottles with my 20 coupons from Ebay. The clerk asked me where I got my coupons from ( which I thought was strange) and I told her Ebay and she called the Manager. I asked what was wrong and she said it was over the coupon limit, she needed the managers approval. The clerk and the manager talked quietly and then the clerk told me they would take my coupons this time but they would no longer take Ebay coupons as they have had too many fraudulent coupons and the store was not paid. I told her mine were not fake ( they were all original coupons). I was bummed as I had more coupons I was waiting for in the mail from Ebay but excited to get what I did get. Now I see all this and I can’t believe it. I am glad to hear I can still use my coupons if I get them in time, not sure how long they will be .48. They were re-stocking the stacks of propel when I got mine and they still had tons just like your picture shows, so they obviously expected to sell alot of them. I haven’t seen this much talk over an item on your site before, this is a hot item I guess!
The Spokane, WA Northside Winco has the propel for .48 – I used my coupons on Sunday with no problem. Then again, I only had 4 coupons. I’ve just figured out which clerks are ‘better’ with coupons at Winco and usually go to those ones if possible. I always need to get manager approval because of the number of coupons I use. Usually, all goes well, but I have had trouble once or twice because I’ve used more than one of the same type of coupon in one transaction (even though I bought an item for each coupon). Last time, every one of my coupons went through easy peasy. Sometimes I have trouble with the internet printable coupons scanning right away. It’s nice to see Winco checking into this blog and concerned about what their customers have to say. I love Winco and do most of my regular shopping there.
Winco in Vancouver will no longer accept the coupon. They have a big sign saying it is being sold online so it is invalid.
If you look at the comments above, this should no longer be a problem. They will take the coupons as long as they are the originals. Also, I asked someone from Winco a question about it up above and they answered me.
In case anyone is wondering Winco in Downtown Boise still has a ton of the propel. Someone the cashers are still confused thinking the coupons are fradulent but the manager knew they were fine. Just tried the berry and it is yummy!!
I ran down this morning at 8:30 a.m. (before I got my wisdom tooth pulled) and got 90 bottles. The cashier was refusing it, but then I spoke to Jim the Manager. Very nice guy. This was actually a deal that Quaker gave them on the Propel (had no idea that Quaker was the maker of Propel.. who knew??)
So, if you happen to have issues ask to speak to Jim. My OOP was $.79. I felt guilty for not buying something else to soak up the extra $.04 per coupon. I knew better! The coupon covered tax. Darn it! He just asked to tell everyone to shop at that Winco. He was so friendly.
Thank you Fab ladies for EVERYTHING!!! And I have more respect for Winco now. Loved that store before, this just convinces me to shop there over Walmart a little more.
Idaho Falls WinCo doesn’t have any Propel in stock and the little shelf area where it was suppose to be had a price tag of around 80 cents
Winco in Meridian did not get the memo apparently.
I’m in Meridian, can anyone tell me if their Winco has them for .48? And which Boise Winco is it that has the stacks and stacks? Thank for your help. I have 30 legit coupons to use.
The Meridian Winco does not have them for $.48. It is the Winco down off of Front Street across from the Court House.
Meridian price is $.86 each. Thanks Daleene.
Thanks Ladies
) Is there a store in downtown Boise that I can try out with coupons while I visit the Front street Winco? I sure appreciate Fabulously Frugal
)
There is a Rite Aid on State and a Walgreens downtown too!
Not at the one on Fairview and Milwaukee.
I just wanted to let you know that Winco on Front is not accepting these coupons. I was there yesterday and there’s a sign posted in front of the propel stating that they will not accept this coupon. I’m confused at how you gals were still able to purchase them.
They still have the signs up but they are ment for copied coupons or printed one the coupons you get from the paper are fine I used 50 of them yesterday ay 6pm
I just went to Winco downtown and got 40 bottles, no problem at all. There was no sign about coupons when I was there. They still had alot of them.
As of Saturday at noon, the huge display was gone at the downtown Winco, but they happily got all the cases I wanted from the back and took the coupons no problem. They were friendly and helpful!
I was just at the Winco on North Nevada in Spokane to buy the propel water. My first transaction went great. 48 cents and received the overage against my total. My second transaction was with another cashier, he opened one up and asked me to follow. Anyhow, he saw I had 12 propel waters and asked if I planned to use the $1 coupon. I said yes and he refused to take them. He spoke to the gal next to him cashiering and she said they were fraudulent and they would not take them, per corporate. I asked to speak to a manager and the cashier said that the gal is a manager. I told them to get their stories straight. Originally, they would not take the online printed coupons, but that corporate approved them taking original manufacturers coupons. Anyhow, it was awful and I had to walk out.
Any ideas if the Meridian or Nampa Winco will be getting these in at $.48. I am begining to wonder if that was just a cheap temporary price??
Downtown store made a deal with the manufacturer and bought in massive quantities. So they may be the only ones that offer this price, although I have heard that Nampa has the price!
Does anybody know if Winco in Nampa still has some of these?
Anyone know of other stores that carry these by the individual bottle? My Winco has them priced $0.89…my local Walmart(s) only sell 6-packs.
