Magic Cookie Bars

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 (14 ounce) can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup butterscotch chips
1 1/3 cups flaked coconut
1 cup chopped nuts

DIRECTIONS

Pre-heat oven to 350° (325°  for glass dish). Spray 13×9-inch baking pan with no-stick cooking spray.
Combine graham cracker crumbs and butter. Press into bottom of pan. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over crumb mixture. Layer evenly with chocolate chips, coconut and nuts. Press down firmly.
Bake 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool. Cut into bars. Store covered at room temperature.

Note: You can substitute the butterscotch chips for milk, white, peanut butter or mint. I like to do mint during the holidays to give it a festive green color.

TIP: If you line the pan with tin foil it is much easier to cut and serve the bars and clean up is a snap!
