CONSIDER THESE FACTORS:
We do not have details on this sale yet so all we can do is speculate!
- During January’s Quaker sale we got granola bars for only .12/box and .40-free oatmeal!
- During August’s Quaker sale the best we could do was $1 for quaker products because Albertsons put a manufacture Quaker coupon in the ad to get the $1 price so we could not stack coupons. One dollar is a good price to many, but not to an experienced couponer!
- See how the October Albertsons Quaker sale worked last year .50 for Quaker!
Pros to ordering Quaker coupons NOW:
- You get them before they are gone!
- You get them while the price is still low.
- Quaker has sales at lots of different stores this time of year not just Albertsons and you could still get some good deals with your coupons even if the Albertsons sale stinks!
- Even if they throw in the lame manufature coupon to get the price we may be able to use eBay Quaker coupons with doubles and ignore the lame ad coupon and still get a good deal.
Cons to ordering Quaker Coupons now:
- The sale might require the use of an ad manufacture coupon and make your eBay coupons less valuable.
- We do not know exactly which Quaker products will be included in the sale
- The rumor may be just that a rumor. (Gasp)
Well we are being optimistic and going with the pros. We have already ordered coupons on eBay!

I am in desperate need of granola bars so I hope this this comes true!! If not a normal sale with doubles will still make for a decent deal.
I was in Safeway yesterday and there were $1/2 and even some $1/1 peelies on most of the granola bars and boxes of instant oatmeal. Something to watch for at Albertsons….
Thanks for the heads up. I need granola bars. I just ordered my first coupons off of Ebay. Yikes! Does this qualify me as a serious couponers?! Thanks for the couponing class you gave a few weeks ago @ the EPL.

Apparently I looked too late for the $1/2 granola coupons on ebay. There were no buy it now ones.
I found a ton of $.75/2 granola coupons for buy it now. Maybe more buy it now ones will show up!

They are sooo expensive, I think maybe not worth the gamble since some are over 11.00 for 20.00 coupons.
Holy Cow!! When I bought mine this morning there were tons of $1/2 for a buy it now and I think all under $2!! That is crazy.

You may want to look in the packaging of the Instant Oatmeal boxes you already have. I found coupons for various Quaker items in 2 of my boxes. They were not labeled to contain coupons on the box.

Keep checking back at ebay – I was able to order 20 quaker oatmeal coupons this morning for 2.15 (including shipping).
I found some quaker coupons on thecouponmaster.com. yesterday they had granola bars and captn crunch. looks like they have some oatmeal today but they do expire on 10/31. You can order any quantity and most have a “handling fee” of 10 cents each. Min orders are $3 so if you need to get something else to bring your total up, they have some different pasta Qs that would be great with doubles.
