the fred meyer ecoupon is for $4 off razor AND refill – you have to buy both to get the savings.
I looked at that, and in large print it says Razor AND refill, but then the small print says Razor OR refill. How confusing!
I did the razor deal and got to use both coupons and just bought the razor… also found the shave cream peelie!! SCORE!!
