SCENARIO:

+ 6.30 (18% Gratuity)
= $41.30

= $16.30
+ $2.00 (the cost of the gift certificate)
= $18.30 for a nice dining experience!

My husband and I were so excited to go on our first date since our daughter was born in November. We printed one of these coupons and went to the restaurant: Rick’s Pressroom (featured on Diners, Dives and Drive-in’s). We were very disappointed when the restaurant was nowhere to be found…they had gone out of business but the website still had it available to print. Does anyone know how to get reimbursed for this?

FYI: They often have $10 off $20 gift certificates as well. The cost for one of these gift certificates has been under a dollar for me. Since I am just too cheap to buy drinks instead of water, appetizers, desserts, etc. I often buy these instead. If me and my hubby each by an entree then the cost is usually around $20, and we can get our meals for half off.
