I just got done taking a bunch of expired coupons out of my binder. I thought I would remind everyone about this great program.
Did you know that you can send them to US Military bases? Yup, they can use them for up to 6 months after expiration dates. It will cost you the same as if you sent them to your neighbor. Check out this site Overseas Coupon Program. I am so excited to put those expired coupons to good use!

No store coupons they have to Manufacturers coupons, But we really appreciate all the coupon donations!
Lee are you stationed over seas? If so you should be able to use the expired coupons, but this policy is only for over seas commissaries.
